Tale liquirizia deve provenire dalle coltivazioni e dallo spontaneo di Glychirrhiza glabra (Fam. Leguminose), nella varietà denominata in Calabria “Cordara”, e rispondente alle condizioni ed i requisiti stabiliti nel presente Disciplinare di Produzione. Art. 2 (Descrizione del prodotto) All’atto dell’immissione al consumo la “Liquirizia di Calabria” DOP si presenta nelle tipologie di seguito indicate: • Radice fresca o Colore giallo paglierino o Sapore dolce aromatico intenso e persistente o Umidità ≤ 52% o Glicirrizzina ≤ 1,40% •Radice essiccata o Colore dal giallo paglierino al giallo ocra o Sapore dolce e fruttato leggermente astringente o Umidità ≤ 12% o Glicirrizzina ≤ 5% su s.s. Interdette le visite e tutte le attività in presenza, non ci siamo fermati: con determinazione, con il contributo di tutti e la potenza degli strumenti digitali, il dialogo è continuato. Nasce Andando incontro al nostro pubblico: aprirsi al globale, radicarsi nel locale. Viaggio nei musei del Sistema Museale ”Terra di Lavoro” e negli altri musei in Provincia di così questo viaggio nei musei del territorio. Attori principali ne sono stati i Caserta giovani delle scuole, da sempre il nostro pubblico centrale. 120 sedicenni che hanno imparato a conoscere e hanno provato a comunicare un pezzo testi e fotografie di Pietro Di Lorenzo, tranne le fotografie delle pagine 45-52 che sono del della storia del museo della loro terra. Ad essi e ai loro coetanei è affidato il Museo d’Arte Contemporanea di Caserta.

    DUE MINORANZE EBREI D’ITALIA E ITALO - ALBANESI Nei giorni 26-27 2010 luglio sono stato in Calabria, dove il sindaco di Vaccarizzo Albanese, Aldo Marino, ha organizzato un incontro di minoranze etniche e religiose, nei centocinquanta anni dell’unità d’Italia. Momento centrale dell’incontro è stata la tavola rotonda del 26 sera, nell’Anfiteatro Eco d’acque ,introdotta dal sindaco, con la partecipazione di Gian Antonio Stella, opinionista del “Corriere della Sera”, Mario Caligiuri, assessore alla Cultura della Regione Calabria, Maria Francesca Corigliano, assessore alle Minoranze della Provincia di Cosenza, Elia Hahj, sacerdote cattolico di rito greco, Khalid Chaouki, in rappresentanza dell’Islam, ed il sottoscritto, in rappresentanza dell’Ebraismo. Vaccarizzo Albanese è uno dei parecchi comuni Arbereshe , disseminati nelle regioni meridionali e particolarmente in Calabria. E’ sul versante settentrionale della Sila greca a 435 metri di altitudine. Si affaccia sulla pianura di Sibari, lambita dal Mare Jonio e dalla catena del Pollino. L’INGRESSO A VAKARICI, VACCARIZZO ALBANESE A destra è il giovane Antonio Oliva, esperto dello Sportello linguistico del Comune Oltre Vaccarizzo in quei bei giorni ho visitato San Demetrio Corone, sede del Collegio, dove si sono formati quadri e sacerdoti, ora del Liceo classico, e San Giorgio Albanese. Nella Unione Arberia sono consociati, per impegno di fedeltà alle tradizioni, anche i comuni di Santa Sofia di Epiro e San Cosmo Albanese. Altri paesi visitai in precedenti viaggi. Agli italo-Albanesi, infatti, mi interesso fin dal giovanile tempo della tesi di laurea sulle minorane religiose nel Risorgimento. Essi affluirono in Italia, con successive ondate migratorie, principalmente nel Quattrocento, allorché l’Albania, malgrado l’eroica resistenza guidata da Giorgio Castriota Scanderbeg, fu conquistata dai turchi.

V.: The discovery of the Sardinian Flora (XVIII-XIX Centuries). — Bocconea 19: 7-31. 2006. — ISSN 1120-4060. The history of the floristic exploration of Sardinia mainly centres round the works of G.G. Moris, who in the first half of the XIX century described most of the floristic patrimony of the island. But it is important to know the steps he took in his census, the areas he explored, his publications, motivations and conditions under which he wrote the "Stirpium sardoarum elenchus" and the three volumes of "Flora sardoa", a work moreover which he left incomplete. Merit is due to Moris for bringing the attention of many collectors, florists and taxonomists to the Flora of the Island, individuals who in his foot-steps helped to complete and update the floristic inventory of the island. Research into the history of our knowledge of the Sardinian Flora relies heavily on the analysis of botanical publications, but many other sources (non- botanical texts, chronicles of the period, correspondence) also furnish important information. Finally, the names, dates and collection localities indicated on the specimens preserved in the most important herbaria were fundamental in reconstructing the itineraries of the sites Moris visited. All these sources allowed us to clarify several aspects of the expeditions, floristic col- lections and results of his studies. The "discovery phase" of Sardinian Flora can be considered over by the end of the XIX century with the publication of the "Compendium" by Barbey (1884-1885) and "Flora d'Italia" by Fiori & Paoletti (1896-1908).
