Dear Ms. Dortch:

In accordance with the provisions of the Memorandum Opinion and Order adopted in the above- referenced proceeding,1 Comcast Corporation, for itself and on behalf of NBCUniversal Media, LLC, (collectively, “C-NBCU”), hereby submits the following information:

1. Pursuant to FCC Order Appendix A § X.5, C-NBCU is required to “file quarterly reports in a uniform format with the Commission containing the following information for the previous three months: the total number of hours of independent programming aired by each broadcast O&O and each owned or controlled programming network, the title of each program, the date(s) and time(s) the program was aired, the length of the program, a short description of the program, and for programs aired by the broadcast O&Os, whether the program aired on the O&O’s primary channel or a multicast channel.” The attached Exhibit A contains the required reports. Exhibit A covers the following networks:

In total, these networks aired 26,663.15 hours of independent programming during the period of January 18, 2011 – March 31, 2011.2

Pursuant to FCC Order Appendix A § XI.4, C-NBCU is required to “file with the Commission, commencing on the later of three months after the Closing (or from the launch of such service over the station) and ending upon the expiration of this Condition, on a quarterly basis for each O&O, the following information in a uniform format regarding the news and information programming aired on the station during the preceding three months: the title of the program, the date(s) and time(s) the program was aired, the length of the program, whether the program aired on the O&O’s primary channel or a multicast channel, and a short description of the program.” The attached Exhibit B contains the required reports. Exhibit B covers the following networks:
