Hotel Orientation 10:45 AM Hotel based participants check in with BAA escorts to depart for Ripley Grier Studios. Don’t be late! We will leave promptly Commuter Drop Off, Ripley Grier Studios, 520 8th Avenue (between 36th St. and 37th St.) 11:00 AM Commuting students and parents of commuting students: Kindly plan to drop off students on the 16th floor of the Ripley Grier Studios. Please do not arrive more than 10-15 minutes early. BAA reps will be available to guide you from the lobby area to the 16th floor on Day One in order to help you get familiar with the building. Dinner provided for all students in between rehearsal and the evening event! * Parents please note that all students must remain at Ripley Grier Studios. BAA Staff will escort students directly to the evening’s Broadway Show. Parents holding show tickets to the same show should meet us at the theater’s lobby. 8:00 PM BROADWAY SHOW! Broadway Show: Nice Work If You Can Get It All participants will be attending this show! (Walk to theatre escorted by BAA Staff) After the Show Chaperones escort BAA hotel participants back to Wingate Inn and Wyndham Garden Hotel Commuter sign out/ pick up at the Imperial Theatre (Nice Work…) 249 West 45th Street (between 7th and 8t h Avenues) (11:00pm sharp pick up!
