Core responsibilities include: Operational management and quality assurance of all key SEN Support Partner services, including professional consultations, SEN Support Partnership Plans, training services and annual reviews of statutorily required published SEN information Lead ISAT Link Advisor to Local Area and Local Authority services/departments, including case management with panels and officers across SEN and Access to Education Departments Leadership of the SENCO Hub, e-Bulletins/e-Digests, SEN forums and development networks Single point of contact SEN advisor to SENCOs in independent schools/settings, colleges and schools out of borough New-to-post SENCO professional support and development, including initial coaching, training and the mandatory National SENCO Award Co-ordination of strategic review and development projects with SENCOs, senior leaders and SEN link governors Co-ordination of primary-to-secondary transition for SEN/D and vulnerable groups with Education Safeguarding .
