If you cannot see media files after digitizing on another MediaNet client: 1. Make sure you have the correct workspace mounted on your MediaNet client. 2. Workspace Resize Utility

You can use the Workspace Resize Utility to view the workspaces that you have mounted. You need permission from your MediaNet Administrator to change workspace sizes.

To resize a workspace: 1. Navigate to the Avid Unity folder. 2. Double-click the Workspace Utility. A Login dialog box appears. 3. Enter your MediaNet user name and password. The Workspace Utility window opens with a list of the workspaces you can access.

4. Select a workspace by clicking its icon in the Work- space Name column. 5. Click Resize. The Resize Workspace dialog box appears. n If you do not have read/write access to the workspace you selected, you are allowed to resize it.

6. Use the resize , or type a number in the Size text box, to change the size of the workspace. To return to the workspace’s current size and start over, click Reset. n The minimum size for the workspace is equal to either 1 GB (the minimum size for any workspace) or the amount of the workspace’s storage that is already used. You cannot make a workspace smaller than the amount of data it cur- rently contains. 7. When the new workspace size is set, click Resize.
