PRIMARY 2015YEARS K TO 6 EDUCATION Absolutely nothing beats seeing smiles and excitement on the faces of children and knowing you have helped make that possible. Our 2015 Primary Program not only supports classroom learning, boosts literacy and comprehension skills and contributes to your students’ cultural development - but it DELIGHTS, EXCITES and INSPIRES. The arts in themselves are such an important aspect of a young person’s education. We know that you need absolute maximum bang for your buck, and that’s why we have programmed a wide variety of productions that will support learning across the KLA’s including HSIE and Science as well as English and the Creative Arts. To support this we have provided detailed curriculum links for each event so it’s clear exactly where your excursion might sit in terms of your programs for the year and which outcomes it might help you achieve. Also, check out my ‘From the Education Coordinator’ comment, where I outline the learning opportunities available in each production to help you make your decision as to which one, two or six productions you’ll bring your students to see. I look forward to helping you provide memorable learning experiences for your students in 2015. See you at the theatre!
