It constitutes the foundation for human development, by reducing susceptibility to infections, related morbidity, disability and mortality burden, enhancing cumulative lifelong learning capacities and adult productivity. Nutrition is acknowledged as one of the most effective entry points for human development, poverty reduction and economic development, with high economic returns. The Global Nutrition Report 2015 estimates that for investment in nutrition, there is a benefit cost ratio of 16:1 for 40 low and middle- income countries. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started e-CBSE website and mobile apps to make the study material of CBSE available online to students. (b) With a vision of "Improving children's education by enhancing interaction between schools as well as parents and providing data driven decision support system to assist them in taking best decisions for their children's future", the CBSE has developed an in- house decision support system called 'SARANSH'.

Thus MSMEs assume a pivotal role thereby contributing to an equitable distribution of national income, economic diversification and social stability. The entrepreneurial spirit and innovative nature of these enterprises have been crucial in driving competitiveness in the economy. 1.1. Role of the MSME Sector in the Indian Economy The MSME sector is an important pillar of Indian economy as it contributes greatly to growth of Indian economy with a network of millions of units, creating employment of about 70 million, manufacturing more than 6,000 products, contributing about 45% to manufacturing output and about 40% of exports, directly and indirectly. This sector even assumes greater importance now as the country moves towards a faster and inclusive growth agenda. Moreover, it is the MSME sector which can help to realize the target of proposed National Manufacturing Policy of raising the share of manufacturing sector in GDP from 16% at present to 25% by the end of 2022.
