Bob's father became an Indian dealer in 1918, after returning from military service during World War I. Bob still has a photo of his mother riding in a sidecar in 1923. Since Bob was born in 1934, his parents were involved with Indian cycles long before that. At the age of 10 Bob started staying around his fathers shop, and developed quite an interest in the Indian cycles. -
