Chaddesden Ward CD3 Chesapeake Community Centre is no longer available. It is proposed that polling take place at a mobile unit situated on the land at the end of Washington Avenue, adjacent to the shops on Roosevelt Avenue. The use of The Phillip Whitehead Memorial Library, Chaddesden Park was considered, but as it is located outside the polling district it is unsuitable. The use of Chaddesden Park Primary School was also considered, but due to lack of suitable space for polling, security and safeguarding issues this venue is unsuitable. CD4 A replacement for the polling place at the Nursery Unit at Cherry Tree Hill Primary School has been sought due to concerns raised by the venue about the impact of polling. It is proposed that polling take place at the Co-operative Food Store, Lexington Road. CD5 A replacement for the polling place at Meadow Lane Children's' Centre has been sought due to concerns regarding parking and access for electors. Littleover Ward LT1 Planned development will increase the electorate polling at Wren Park Primary School above the recommended limit for a single station within the lifetime of this review. It is proposed that the existing polling district boundaries for LT1 and LT2 be revised according to the plan in Appendix 2, in order to reduce the electorate polling at Wren Park Primary School. If a suitable polling place became available within the Manor/Kingsway area, a further review of the polling districts in Littleover ward will be considered. 8 The use of Littleover Methodist Church has been considered as an alternative venue to Wren Park Primary School but as the church lies outside the polling district it would not be suitable. The use of Royal Derby Hospital has been also been considered for polling purposes, however, due to the issues around parking at that location it would not be a suitable alternative.

LT3 Planned development will increase the electorate polling at Haven Christian Centre above the recommended limit for a single station within the lifetime of this review. It is proposed that that the existing polling district LT3 be divided into two polling districts (LT3 and LT5) according to the plan in Appendix 2. Both districts will poll at Haven Christian Centre which will accommodate a double station.
