This program provides transportation to medical appointments in- cluding therapy, dentistry, hearing, dialysis, prescription pick-ups, testing and x-rays. Also, transportation to Kaiser Anaheim, Long Beach Veteran’s Hospital, UCI Medical Center (Or- ange) and St. Joseph Hospital of Orange.
