The Essex County Council (Rivenhall, Rivenhall End, Witham) (Restricted Roads and 40MPH Speed Limit) Order 201* Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 81, 82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2), and Parts III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To extend the existing 30MPH speed limit by virtue of street lighting on the following length of Church Road/Oak Road, Rivenhall, in the District of Braintree as specified: Road Description Church Road/Oak From a point 331 metres northwest of the junction with St Mary’s Road, Rivenhall Road, Rivenhall in a generally north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 125 metres. The Essex County Council (Rivenhall, Riverhall End, Witham) (Restricted Roads and 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2005 is hereby revoked. The live restrictions contained within the aforementioned order shall continue in force by virtue of this order. Further details: A copy of the draft Order, a copy of this notice, a map illustrating the proposal, the order to be part revoked and the Statement of Reasons may be examined at all reasonable hours at Network Management, County Hall, Chelmsford; Braintree District Council, Democratic Services, Causeway House, Braintree and at Witham Library, 18 Newland Street, Witham.
