MEMBER RELATIONS The Member Relations Team is the first point of contact for ISEP coordinators and university staff. They can collaborate with your institution to find solutions to university needs, facilitate trainings for your office, and collaborate on student engagement. They can supplement your recruitment efforts and identify partners for you within the ISEP community. They assist with membership questions, balance inquiries, and using the ISEP Portal.

STUDENT SERVICES The Student Services Team is the first point of contact for students. Student Services Officers guide students through the entire ISEP Study Abroad experience, beginning with the application process and site-specific advising through the visa process, predeparture, on-site support, and their return home. ISEP Coordinators are welcome to contact them regarding program selection, student applications, visa processes, and program operations. Students are assigned an advisor based on their top region or country of interest.
