His principal role is to develop the company’s strategy plan, prepare and implement the annual business plan and establish the organization structure, implement performance indicators and promote company brand name. He has extensive experience in project management and delivering global projects, with extensive experience in logistics management, cost monitoring, safety and quality, contract negotiation, client relationship development, investment evaluation. As part of his role as CEO of QEMC, Mutasem has extensive experience in representing many international companies in a range of different fields and activities (e.g. manufacturing, trading, engineering, contracting) specifically within the energy and industrial sectors.
