Contracting & Specializing of diversified electro-mechanical projects 2. Supplying of a wide range of construction equipment, materials and services to the industry. His principal role is to develop the company’s strategy plan, prepare and implement the annual business plan and establish the organization structure, implement performance indicators and promote company brand name. He has extensive experience in project management and delivering global projects, with extensive experience in logistics management, cost monitoring, safety and quality, contract negotiation, client relationship development, investment evaluation. As part of his role as CEO of QEMC, Mutasem has extensive experience in representing many international companies in a range of different fields and activities (e.g. manufacturing, trading, engineering, contracting) specifically within the energy and industrial sectors. Engr. Mohammad Yousef COO Engr. Mohammad Yousef is an electrical engineer with more than 12 years of working experience in the Electro-Mechanical & Communication Sectors. Now He is holding the position of QEMC COO (Chief Operation Officer). He joined QEMC in the year 2005 and from that time until present date His start as a site junior engineer evolving up to COO has also given him the knowledge and expertise in the fields of control, power supply, power transmission, instrumentation, testing and commissioning which enables him from performing his duties to the best standards and qualities.
