OUR DRINKS Welcome to Muse, where stories, good food and great wine come together. Our drinks list celebrates the work of independent Australian producers - from Margaret River malbec to sparkling Mudgee merlot and everything in between. We’ve travelled the country, meeting the people and exploring the regions that have made Australia such a fascinating place for those who like a good drink. We’re very pleased to be able to bring to Canberra an ecclectic selection of just some of the remarkable wines made by the excellent men and women winemakers from across Australia. Some wineries and most varietals you will have heard of, but there may be some that you have not. Whether you’re here for just a glass, for our changing monthly wine flight, or you’re settling in for a bottle or two and a catch up with friends, don’t be afraid to explore, leap into the void and ask any question about any of our wines.
