Aperitifs Applewood Distillery Adelaide Hills Producing experimental small batch spirits, Applewood have taken to producing aperitifs in vein of the Italian giants Aperol and Campari, the twist with these is the use of the native berries Lilli Pilli to produce an amazing naturally neon colored aperitif. Perfect to substitute into Spritz or Negroni. Okar 11 Red Okar 13 Maidenii Yarra Valley Vermouth, the new black, is making waves across the land. Once seen as a medicine late in the 20th century it found fame in some classic cocktails which have stayed true to time. Maidenii took to the abundance of native trees herbs grown in Victoria and infused them with quality wine to make a vermouth that is suitable for any time of the day.
