Village Flowers Hulland Ward Parish Council, again, contracted Plantscape to supply the Flower Towers and Lamp Post planters that have so brightened up the main road this Spring and Summer.

Hand-Held Speed Camera The Parish Council agreed at its September Meeting to implement the much-delayed Community Speed Reduction Programme in the Village. To this end, hand-held speed cameras will be purchased. The six volunteers (two teams of three) already in place will operate these cameras as part of the Speed Reduc- tion Programme. The volunteers will receive appropriate training and support on camera use and the procedures which will need to be followed.
