    VILLE D'YVERDON-LES-BAINS MUNICIPALITE Préavis no 24 19 juin 2006 RAPPORT AU CONSEIL COMMUNAL D'YVERDON-LES-BAINS concernant la réorganisation des établissements scolaires d’Yverdon-les-Bains et région Monsieur le Président, Mesdames et Messieurs les Conseillers, Introduction L’organisation de l’arrondissement scolaire d’Yverdon-les-Bains est issue de la Loi scolaire de 1986. A l’époque, des conventions séparées pour les degrés primaire et secondaire avaient été signées entre les communes partenaires. Ainsi, les regroupements suivants ont été opérés : Degré primaire : . Yverdon-les-Bains, Gressy, Ursins, Valeyres-sous-Ursins scolarisent leurs élèves à Yverdon-les-Bains. Les élèves de l’extérieur viennent tous au collège des Quatre-Marronniers ; . Les élèves de la région d’Yvonand (Yvonand, Arrissoules-Rovray, Chavannes-le-Chêne, Chêne-Pâquier, Démoret, Molondin, Villars-Epeney) sont scolarisés à Yvonand ; . Trois groupements indépendants sont constitués : Cronay, Cuarny, Pomy ; Belmont, Ependes, Suchy ; Chamblon, Mathod, Suscévaz, Treycovagnes. Les communes membres de ces groupements s’organisent entre elles. Ces groupements ne sont pas rattachés à un établissement scolaire avec direction et sont gérés directement par le Président de la Commission scolaire locale et par les Municipalités ; . La Commune de Cheseaux-Noréaz dispose d’un statut un peu particulier, puisque, jusqu’au début des années 2000, elle a scolarisé ses élèves primaires dans les classes d’application de l’Ecole normale, situées dans le bâtiment du CESSNOV (actuellement Gymnase d’Yverdon-les-Bains). 2 Degré secondaire : Tous les élèves sont scolarisés dans les établissements secondaires yverdonnois (Léon-Michaud et De Félice), à l’exception des élèves de voie secondaire générale (VSG) et de voie secondaire à option (VSO) de la région d’Yvonand, qui sont scolarisés dans l’établissement scolaire d’Yvonand.
