Single room – 25 euro per day Double room – 37 euro per day Triple room – 45 euro per day Apartment – 50 euro per day Dupnitsa Dupnitsa is a starting point for interesting tourist attractions in South- West Bulgaria and also in the whole Rila mountain. Only 14 kilometers away in Sapareva Banya, is located the hottest mineral spring in Europe - with water temperature of 103.8°С. The resort Panichishte (altitude 1300m above sea level) is at 25 km distance. It gives a wonderful opportunity for winter and summer tourism and skiing. The resort is attractive with its beautiful and comfortable chalets, hotels and holiday homes. Marked tourist tracks reach from Panichishte to the chalets Skakavitsa, Lozan and Vada and to the Seven Lakes of Rila. Park Rila Rila monastery The Rila monastery is the largest Eastern Orthodox monastery in Bulgaria. It is located in Rila mountain, several kilometers east of town of Rila and 117km south of Sofia. It was built in X-th century and nowadays the complex spreads at area of 8800m² and includes a church (XIX-th century), residential part and museum. The site is one of the masterpieces of Bulgarian National Revival architecture and is declared a national historical monument in 1976. It is included in UNESCO World Heritage Sites list in 1983. Rila mountain and the Seven Rila lakes The Seven Rila Lakes are a group of glacial lakes, situated in the Rila Mountain at 2,100 - 2,500 meters above sea level. They are the most visited group of lakes in Bulgaria. The lakes lay one above the other and are connected by small streams, which form tiny waterfalls and cascades. Tourist accommodation in the lakes' vicinity include a chalet beside The Fish Lake, at 2,196m. The most common time to visit the lakes is summer, in July and August, when temperature is above 10°С and the risk of sudden storms is lower. Sapareva banya The town of Sapareva Banya is situated on the Northern slope of Rila Mountain 14km away from Dupnitsa. Sapareva Banya prides itself with its cool mountain water and its healing geothermal mineral waters. It has the hottest mineral water on the Balkans and the only active geyser. The geyser and its surrounding park were developed in 1957 and have been tapped as a geothermal heating source for the municipal buildings and the greenhouses. Thank you for your attention!.

Geography of Bulgaria The Republic of Bulgaria covers a territory of 110 993 square kilometres. The average altitude of the country is 470 metres above sea level. The Stara Planina Mountain occupies central position and serves as a natural dividing line from the west to the east. It is a 750 km long mountain range stretching from the Vrushka Chuka Pass to Cape Emine and is part of the Alpine-Himalayan mountain range. It reaches the Black Sea to the east and turns to the north along the Bulgarian-Yugoslavian border. A natural boundary with Romania is the Danube River, which is navigable all along for cargo and passenger vessels.     Annex REPORT FOR 2019 UNDER THE “HEALTH CARE” PRIORITY of the NATIONAL ROMA INTEGRATION STRATEGY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA 2012 - 2020 Operational objective: A national monitoring progress report has been prepared for implementation of Measure 1.1.2. “Performing obstetric and gynaecological examinations with mobile offices in settlements with compact Roma population”. During the period 01.07—20.11.2019, a total of 2,261 prophylactic medical examinations were carried out with the four mobile gynaecological offices to uninsured persons of Roma origin and to persons with difficult access to medical facilities, as 951 women were diagnosed with diseases. The implementation of the activity for each Regional Health Inspectorate is in accordance with an order of the Minister of Health to carry out not less than 500 examinations with each mobile gynaecological office. Financial resources of BGN 12,500 were allocated for each mobile unit, totalling BGN 50,000 for the four units. During the reporting period, the mobile gynecological offices were divided into four areas: Varna (the city of Varna, the village of Kamenar, the town of Ignatievo, the village of Staro Oryahovo, the village of Sindel, the village of Dubravino, the town of Provadia, the town of Devnya, the town of Suvorovo, the village of Chernevo, the town of Valchi Dol); Silistra (Tutrakan Municipality– the town of Tutrakan, the village of Tsar Samuel, the village of Nova Cherna, the village of Staro Selo, the village of Belitsa, the village of Preslavtsi, the village of Tarnovtsi,

The achievement of sustainable development of Bulgarian tourist resorts is questionable after the European Commission has put Bulgaria's two-month ultimatum to prove that it can deal with the problem of dirty air. Tourism is a sector that is accused of violating sustainable development due to its many negative environmental impacts. A significant part of the harmful impact is due to the transport used to reach the desired destination and the movement itself. Sustainable development is a key objective of the EU and Bulgaria should not lag behind in terms of the essential indicators for its achievement. This publication aims to propose effective measures to reduce the harmful impact of passenger transport on the environment by establishing sustainable transport practices in touristic resorts. The environmental component of sustainable development is among its main priorities. Based on expert analysis of Bulgarian touristic resorts, our own research and experience in the studied subject will offer effective measures to increase their sustainability by reducing the harmful impact of transport on the environment. 1 Introduction transport practices in tourist destinations and thus contributing to the sustainable development of tourism. Abstract: Wildland fires frequently happen and develop in hard-to-reach regions, fast covering large areas due to the presence of ignitable matters together with beneficial meteorological circum- stances. Human actions and natural events are the main reasons for the appearance of wildland fires. Our study focusses on the idea of using natural resources, namely water assets on the fire- affected territory. Since fire suppression is primarily performed with water, the provision of suffi- cient water sources in the proximity of the burning area is critical. An investigation of the hydrolog- ical characteristics of the territory is needed, especially in the driest months, when most of the wild- fire events are expected to occur. The construction of a support point for fire-fighting water supplies in the wildland territories is also a requirement for building a network of water assets in the wildland territories.
