Pursuant to Art. 183, para. 1 in connection with para. 5 and Art. 184, item 1 of the Corporate Income Tax Act

I ORDER:

I determine a list of municipalities with with or over 25% higher than the national average for 2020.

The order to be promulgated in the State gazette and to be published on the website of the Ministry of Finance.

I assign the control over the execution of the order to the director of the Tax Policy Directorate.
