MeTV Network ‘Guess Who’s Behind The Olive Loaf!’ (the “Sweepstakes”) Official Rules and Regulations Sweepstakes Starts: May 12, 2014 Sweepstakes Ends: May 16, 2014

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. SPONSOR: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by ‘MeTV Network’ (“Sponsor”) whose address is 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois 60661.

2. ENTRY AND SELECTION OF WINNERS. A purchase is not required to enter or win the ‘Guess Who’s Behind The Olive Loaf!’ Sweepstakes, and a purchase does not increase the odds of winning. The Sweepstakes begins Monday, May 12, 2014 at 12:00 AM ET and ends Friday, May 16, 2014 at 11:59 PM ET unless extended by ‘MeTV Network.’ Persons entering this Sweepstakes will have the chance to win a MeTV Network t-shirt with an image of an olive loaf on the t-shirt (“the Prize”). There will not be an olive loaf awarded to any entrant or winner in this Sweepstakes. To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must log on to www.MeTVNetwork.com and guess the identity of the person behind a digital image of an olive loaf and then submit their guess and contact information and requested t-shirt size. There will be a different person behind the olive loaf each day during the Sweepstakes period, 12 AM – 11:59 PM ET for a total of five (5) different challenges to guess the identity of the person behind the olive loaf. Viewers are allowed one (1) entry per day (12:00 AM ET – 11:59 PM ET) during the Sweepstakes period. If multiple entries are received from any entrant during the Sweepstakes period, that particular entrant will be completely disqualified for that round of entries. Five (5) winners will be selected at random using a computer software winner selection tool from all eligible online entries. Entrants must have the correct guess to be eligible to win the Prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries, including due to technical/network failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

Entrants agree not to upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the rights to seek damages from any person who makes such attempt(s).

Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual or authorized account holder of an e-mail address shall be determined by ‘MeTV Network’ in its sole discretion, and ‘MeTV Network’ reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is only open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of ‘MeTV Network,’ Weigel Broadcasting Co., MeTV National Limited Partnership, and each of their sponsors, advertising agencies, consultants, franchisees, suppliers, subsidiaries and family members are not eligible to enter or win. Only one (1) winner per household, per email address or mailing address is allowed. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. MeTV Network does not air in all television viewing areas or on all cable and satellite providers; however, entrants are not required to receive MeTV Network to enter this Sweepstakes. Entrants must have a valid email address to enter this Sweepstakes.

All entrants will be required to acknowledge this Sweepstake’s Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Indemnification (“release form”) during the Sweepstakes entry process by checking a box that indicates agreement of all the terms and conditions of this Sweepstakes (except where prohibited.) If entrants do not check the boxes while entering this Sweepstakes to acknowledge that they agree to the official rules and release form, the submission will not be eligible. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of the Sweepstakes may result in a forfeiture of their prize.

4. PRIZE. Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) MeTV Network t-shirt with an image of an olive loaf on it, valued at $25. Winners will be selected by way of the following schedule: • One (1) winner will be selected from the entry period May 12, 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM ET. • One (1) winner will be selected from the entry period May 13, 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM ET. • One (1) winner will be selected from the entry period May 14, 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM ET. • One (1) winner will be selected from the entry period May 15, 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM ET. • One (1) winner will be selected from the entry period May 16, 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM ET.

Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries containing correct entries. All winners will be selected and notified by Friday, May 23, 2014 to the email addresses listed by entrants in their original Sweepstakes submission.

‘MeTV Network’ will be the sole judge of eligibility of all entries. Winners will be selected by way of a computer software winner selection tool from all eligible entries that include all of the required information and that are received during the Sweepstakes period. By entering this Sweepstakes and agreeing to the terms and conditions in these official rules, entrants consent to automatically accept this prize if they are selected as a winner. All prizes will be sent to the addresses listed on the winners’ original Sweepstakes submission forms. ‘MeTV Network’ is not responsible for the safe and complete delivery of any prizes to any winner and may require a signature for delivery of these prizes. In the event that any prize is returned to ‘MeTV Network’ as undeliverable, they are under no obligation to make any attempt to contact the winner and/or resend the prizes.

5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS. The prizes are non-transferable and will be delivered no later than sixty (60) days from the date that such prize is awarded at the minimum expense of ‘MeTV Network’ to all winners via UPS Ground or USPS. Specified t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed and subject to availability. An olive loaf is not a prize that will be awarded during this Sweepstakes. Prizes may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, sold, or traded. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winners is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a t-shirt style, specifically a t-shirt that does not have an olive loaf image. By entering, the winners shall consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for on-air or website announcements, advertising and promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes, without additional consideration. The prize is subject to all terms and conditions set forth by ‘MeTV Network.’

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant forever discharges, releases, and holds harmless the Sponsor and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes, however caused.

Winners will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes. Sponsor will report any individual winnings more than $600 (in cash or fair market value of the goods or services) in a one-year period to the Internal Revenue Service. Winners will receive a Form 1099 from Sponsor if Sponsor reports any winnings to the Internal Revenue Service.

7. SPONSOR’S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. These official rules are subject to modifications by ‘MeTV Network.’ The decisions made by ‘MeTV Network’ concerning any and all matters with respect to this promotion shall be final. In the event of a computer or telephone failure, or any other circumstances beyond the control of ‘MeTV Network’ that renders the Sweepstakes not capable of completion as planned, including due to force majeure or non-authorized human intervention that comprises or affects the administration, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Sweepstakes, ‘MeTV Network’ may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine to cancel, terminate, or modify this Sweepstakes, including by determining not to award the planned prizes or any prize at all. ‘MeTV Network’ is not responsible for replacing the prize as a result of events beyond the control of ‘MeTV Network;’ this includes delivery of any and all prizes to winners.

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, penalized or otherwise restricted by law. Any attempt by any participant to bypass these rules by the use of alias email addresses, illegitimate identities, registrations or logins, or any other scheme will void that participant's entry/entries and may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. 8. WINNER LIST. Winners’ first name, last initial, city and state will be posted to www.MeTVNetwork.com by Friday, May 30, 2014. The list of winners will be available online until January 15, 2015. If you wish to receive the names of the Sweepstakes prize winners, you must send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ‘MeTV Network,’ ‘Guess Who’s Behind The Olive Loaf!’– Sweepstakes Winners,’ 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, IL 60661. ‘MeTV Network’ must receive any such request for the winners’ names no later than January 15, 2015.
