Group Profile Group Profile Innovative - Comfort - Systems President’s Message In today’s turbulent conditions, change is inevitable. Enterprises must heedfully observe the wavering trends, and implement policies that anticipate the new developments. Tiba Manzalawi Group has come a long way since it was established. In that time we have faced tremendous challenges and a constantly chang- ing environment. Undoubtedly, it has often seemed that the pace of change has been quickening with every moment that passes. Despite these changes, we have managed to maintain our position as a market leader in the central Air conditioning industry in the Middle East. In the late nineteenth century, with the wake of a new era, Egypt began a process of economic liberalization that brought domestic growth and foreign investment along side. Our country became the model of a modern emerging market. Seizing the opportunity, I led the Group along with the tide, and took it on to a whole new level. Throughout the years, Tiba Manzalawi group has been able to make a significant leap forward. The group’s achievements are clearly exemplified by our consolidated profit increase throughout the years. The Group of today is very different from the Group of two years ago and bears only a passing resemblance to the company that was established in 1979. Many of our achievements can be traced back to our people's willingness to innovate and a desire to excel. I believe that we have now laid solid foundations for profitable and sustainable growth well into the future. Our company’s progress and success benefit not only the Group, but the community as a whole embodied in our customers, shareholders, employees, and local communities where we are active. Paralleled to the Group’s commitment to society, is our concern for maintaining an awareness of the importance of environmental efforts. Our determination to enhance the performance of our core businesses is exemplified by the Group’s heavy investments to improve the efficiency of its five production facilities in Tenth of Ramadan City. These factories form the basis of a solid operating structure that is capable of competing in the most rigorous of environments. We have worked to increase our corporate value, not only by strengthening our profitability and financial structure, but also by emphasizing and abiding by our uncompromisable standards of behavior, which spring from our inherited values that have shaped a tradition of excellence and quality that spans more than 35 years. Throughout the years, Tiba Manzalawi Group has grown to become a pioneer in the design, manufacture and distribution of air conditioning equipments, coupled with the strength of our strategic alliances with global market leaders in the air conditioning field. We are proud that; Tiba Manzalawi group is able to offer an expanded range of products and services well beyond that of our competitors. We are one of the first air conditions manufacturers to receive the ISO 9001, 14001&18001 certifications for our quality and environmental management systems. Our presence today does not spring from void. Years of determination and virtuous ethical conduct have set us apart as world-class organization. Our business is customer-driven, technology influenced and engineering oriented, Eng. Magd El Manzalawi coupled with exceptional manufacturing facilities. With the wake of the new Millennium, we are bound by an oath to President Tiba Manzalawi Group serve our society and to conduct ourselves with unfailing commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards.
