Total investments of the new city are estimated at L.E. 500 billion. Worth indicating is that net profits of TMG Holding during the first nine months of 2020 reached L.E. 1,57 billion up from L.E. 1.31 billion during the same period of 2019. Days earlier media reports indicated that lands at the new city will be offered for sale to individuals at not less than L.E. 1,350 per M2 with other possible slight increases while signing final contracts.
