Ordinance No. 365-16(Citywide): Authorizing the Directors of City Planning and Capital Projects to apply for and accept grants from the Ohio Department of Transportation for the Safe Routes to School Program; and determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing infrastructure improvements; authorizing the appropriate director to enter into one or more public improvement contracts and professional service contracts; and authorizing contracts and agreements with the State of Ohio, Cleveland Metropolitan School District, and other entities needed to implement the grant; and to apply for and accept grants or gifts from any public or private entity to implement this ordinance.

2. Ordinance No. 430-16(Ward 3/Councilmember McCormack): To appropriate property for the public purpose of constructing and maintaining a sewer along Scranton Road for the Scranton/Carter Road Rehabilitation project.
