It is said that familiarity breeds contempt, and his neighbors could not accept him. Not only that, they were ready to push him off the cliff! But before we judge them, let us think how many times we have rejected Jesus; how often his teachings have upset us; how many times we have wondered, along with them, why he makes so many claims on us. We may not have tried to push him off the cliff, but we push him out of our hearts. And yet, Jesus is always there, waiting for us with open arms, ready to welcome us. He is the very image of that love of which St. Paul speaks in the second reading, the one that “bears all things, believes all things, MASS INTENTIONS hopes all things, endures all things” (1 Cor 13:7). May we always trust in Intenciones Misas his merciful love. God bless you! Sat/Sab, February 2 5:30 pm In thanksgiving Claudia Sourdis Fr. Luis PS.
