Staff has the final say and individuals may be asked to change or leave the premises. sponsors & partners SOLICITATION POLICY Vendors and clubs that have booth space may distribute printed promotional materials related to their business or club as long as their distribution is limited to their vending space and the free literature table, which will be available for all patrons. Materials must be PG as well as not promote any kind of agenda. COSTUMING POLICY Nothing overtly violent or sexual will be allowed. Naked is not a costume, nor is body paint. Bathing suit parts should be appropriately covered. Any weapons must be obviously fake. All guns must have an orange tip and are not allowed to shoot any type of projectile. No weapons made of steel or metal are allowed. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. False accusations will be treated as acts of harassment.
