Born in ASA SMITH BUSHNELL Brooklyn, he attended Sulpician Seminary, Washington D.C., and was ordained in 1930. He received his S.T.B. and Doctor of Pedagogy M.A. from Catholic University and his Ph. D. from St. John's University. Such, in part, are the words of Admonition given to every newly ordained priest. Today we honor one who has ze~lously heeded t?em for nearly fifty years.
