Below is a comprehensive summary of the portions of the 2020 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo marketing campaign pertaining to the performance. 2021 marketing activities will closely resemble, but are not limited to, the previous year’s activities. The overall campaign look for 2021 will mirror that of 2020.

Acceptance of this offer will result in inclusion in the 2021 Entertainment Marketing Plan.

On Sale: As outlined in the attached offer, individual, season, flexible mini-season, and group tickets will be placed on sale to the general public August 14, 2020 regardless of entertainer announcement, via Ticketmaster, unless circumstances at that time necessitate postponing.

Announcement: Announcement date of individual performances to be mutually agreed upon by Artist and SALE. Presale opportunities may be available and SALE may conduct presales at its discretion. The fact that the concert has been booked and the date and time of the concert will not be disclosed to any third party or included in any automated system available to Pollstar, artist website, or any other industry publication prior to the SALE first public announcement of the Concert.

Upon confirmation, the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo team will contact you to obtain the following items: • Presale ticketing information • Hi-Res Full Color Photo to be included in SA Rodeo Entertainer Poster/Ad, www.sarodeo.com & mobile app, TV spots, print ads, online ads, billboards, visitor’s guides, souvenir programs and promotional schedules (a close-up head shot is preferred) • Official Links • Current Biography to be used for www.sarodeo.com, mobile app and press release • New Media Contact to be shared with our social media partners, Noise New Media • Contact to be shared with all local media outlets • Family-friendly music video to be displayed at www.sarodeo.com & mobile app • Key Stations/Formats Should this performance need additional , the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo team will contact you to obtain the following items: • B-roll live footage to create promotional videos for this date • Assets for Radio, TV and on premise marketing (A specific spot incorporating this performance into the overall marketing theme and copy may be created. SA Rodeo design and spots to be used. Artist is 1 of 22 in Rodeo performance series. Only approved photos/bios will be used.) • Promotion in Additional Markets (As a tourist destination, the overall 18-day event is marketed across the state of Texas. Markets such as Laredo, McAllen, Corpus Christi) • Digital or Physical Giveaway Item for social media contesting Prior to the announcement date, you will receive custom ticket links and social media images.

Artist participation in the following activities is important to the success of your date; facilitated by our social media advertising partners, Noise New Media, who will contact you prior to announcement: • A dedicated email about the show sent to artist’s mailing list • Facebook posts, Instagram posts and Tweets about the show targeting the San Antonio, TX area (3 of each recommended) • Facebook Live Contributor Q&A sessions, Snapchat and Instagram story 24-hour takeovers • A short vertical video clip to be posted on all relevant social media channels, possibly used in YouTube pre-roll advertising and in-arena. Creative content ideas and scripts will be suggested, i.e. favorite rodeo memories, more engaging topics than just the show date. • Meet & greet passes for social media contest giveaway. • Day-of-show social engagement driven by the Artist, as well as participation in social engagement driven by the Stock Show & Rodeo such as on-camera messages, photos, etc. • In certain cases, we may request that Artist's Facebook Page grant "Advertiser access" to Noise New Media. Noise New Media may apply SA Rodeo advertising funds to promote posts containing ticket links for the Artist's performance at the Rodeo to fans in the area. • Possible cross-posting of SA Rodeo artist promotional videos to artist FB page

Additional Information: Marketing encompasses the entire 22-performance rodeo/concert series. • Specific performances may be isolated within the campaign look/script to be represented in the most relevant format for the demographic – for example print v. Spotify. We welcome your input on the best formats for the artist’s demographic. • There will be specific ads surrounding performance promotions as they correspond with your show date – for example Family Feast, Faith & Family Night, Opening Night, Matinee Madness, mini-plans, playoff package, etc.

• Based on ticket sales, additional advertising for specific performances may be conducted. • There may be additional added -value promotions , such as the addition of a gift card or t-shirt with purchase, conducted at S.A.L.E.’s discretion based on ticket sales. Date-specific advertising may be used to explain the promotions. • Sponsored Buy One Get One promotions may be activated based on ticket sales. • At the discretion of our Spanish language partners, performances identified as having Spanish cultural appeal may be advertised in Spanish. We welcome your input on any cultural connection.

The Artist Performance is not a separately ticketed event but is only one part of a program of activities and events at the AT&T Center/Freeman Coliseum Grounds being organized and presented by SALE. Admission to the Artist Performance is part of a combination ticket that includes admission to the fairgrounds, which include (i) a carnival, (ii) outdoor exhibits and food vendors, (iii) livestock shows, horse shows and auctions, and (iv) a full-length PRCA championship rodeo, including Mutton Bustin’ and Calf Scramble (youth participation events) and a multimedia presentation featuring video, moving lights, and possibly pyrotechnics in the AT&T Center prior to the Artist Performance.
