Methodology and modelling are the one of the two important support pillars available for feasible and germane decision making. Knowledge of fitting methodology and techniques like Structural Equation Modelling shall empower the decision maker for finding apt solutions. Objectives This faculty development program aims to develop an understanding of Structural Equation Modeling with the help of appropriate software application using SPSS and AMOS. SEM is an extension of the general linear model (GLM) that enables a researcher to test a set of regression equations simultaneously. Not only SEM software can test traditional models, but also it permits examination of more complex relationships and models, such as confirmatory factor analysis and time series analyses.
