Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Dhanbad [10th May-07th June, 2016: 4 Weeks]  Worked on the project “A study of Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 with special reference to BCCL”.  Prepared brief of facts and summaries of various cases related to BCCL.  Researched on the various matters and issues of cases of BCCL which are pending in different courts.  Visited Dhanbad District Courts and Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) office and attended proceedings.

A.K. Singh & Co., New Delhi [12th June-11th July, 2015: 4 Weeks]

 Assisted the associates in drafting various applications and other legal documents.  Researched in various matters relating to International and Domestic Arbitration, Labour Laws, Hindu Family matters, etc.  Prepared brief note and summary of different cases relating to various Laws.  Visited High Court of Delhi and observed various matters.  Presented on the topic “The importance of Dissenting Opinion in context of Indian Judicial System” in the firm.

High Court of Delhi under Adv. Rekha Aggarwal, New Delhi [11th May-11th June, 2015: 4 Weeks]  Researched on various subjects like Family matters including Divorce & Maintenance, Consumer related matters, Property dispute matters, etc.  Assisted in Inspection of files and proof reading, Filing of Process fee, Filing of cases, etc.  Attended various proceedings at National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Delhi High Court, Gurgaon District Court, Tis Hazari Court, Patiala House Court & Saket Court.  Attended Mediation proceeding at Mediation Centre, Delhi High Court.  Involved in client meetings during the period of Internship.

Hope Kolkata Foundation, Kolkata, West Bengal [15th May-15th June, 2013: 4 Weeks]  Done Baseline Survey for the street & slum children on Right to Play.  Worked in Child Watch Project.  Participated in Awareness Campaign which was headed by the NGO for the Rights which were allotted exclusively for the children.
