SHANGHAI-FANUC Robotics CO., LTD. 2 The 2019 International Workshop on Intelligentized Welding manufacturing(IWIWM’2019) Welcome Remarks In recent years, the intelligent manufacturing has become a widely concerned trend of development. The intelligentized welding technology has naturally become one of the highly active research directions of intelligent manufacturing. The intelligentized welding manufacturing (IWM) deals with complex information, networking and intelligent technology during the whole process of welding products manufacturing, including a wide range of welding materials, structures, technics, processes, equipment and systems, products and market. Therefore, it is imperative to research and develop intelligentized manufacturing welding technology. Intelligent welding manufacturing would play an important role in research, development, and application of the emerging additive manufacturing technology. At present, according to the research and development of intelligent manufacturing , the Robotics & Automation Committee of CWS and other academic institutions have agreed to jointly sponsor the 2017 International Workshop on Intelligentized Welding Manufacturing (IWIWM’2017), Jun. 23-24, 2017, Shanghai, P. R. China. The IWIWM will be planned as a serial International Conference to occur each another year. The 2019 International Workshop on Intelligentized Welding Manufacturing (IWIWM’2019) is the second conference of IWIWM, which will be held in Shanghai, China, on Nov. 6-8, 2019, hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University of China, and the IWIWM' 2019-LEX conference, hosted by Kentucky University in the United States and held in Lexington, Kentucky, on Nov. 8-10, 2019. Delegates can attend the 2019 annual conference of the AWS in the United States by the way after the IWIWM '2019- LEX. Another important topic at the IWIWM '2019 is the discussion about the operating mechanism and strategy of a new publication “TRANSACTIONS ON OF INTELLIGENT WELDING MANUFACTURING", to be published by Springer 2 The 2017 International Workshop on Intelligentized Welding manufacturing(IWIWM’2017) Verlag, aimed at further enhancing the international communications and collaboration of intelligentized welding manufacturing technology community.     Does bike sharing increase house prices? Evidence from micro-level data in Shanghai Zhengyi Zhou (School of Finance, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics) Hongchang Li (School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University) Anming Zhang (Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia) This version: October 22, 2019 Abstract: This paper studies the impact of bike sharing on house prices. We combine the order-level records of a major sharing bike company with the house-level listing data and the Baidu Map point-of-interest (POI) data. We find that bike sharing has a negative effect on house prices. For an average house, the net house price premium caused by bike sharing is -0.48% in the post-launch period. However, the interaction of bike sharing with subway stations has an offsetting positive effect, indicating that bike sharing is a good solution to the “last-mile” problem. Unlike subway stations, the interaction between bus stations and bike sharing does not lead to a premium. At an aggregate level, the net effect of bike sharing is positive (negative, respectively) in zones that are close to (far from, respectively) the city center. This is consistent with our micro-level findings, because the density of subway network decreases with the distance from the city center, and that bike-sharing is more likely to be a complement to the subway network in downtown than in the suburbs.     High-speed Rail and Industrial Developments: Evidence from House Prices and City-Level GDP in China Zhengyi ZHOU* (School of Finance, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics) Anming ZHANG** (Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia) This version: 28 April 2021 Abstract With unique datasets, this paper studies the distributional impact of high-speed rail (HSR) on industrial developments by examining the house price premium of industrial parks in two important core-periphery city pairs of China: Shanghai-Suzhou and Beijing-Langfang. We find that in core cities, the premium of service industrial parks (SIPs) has grown faster near HSR stations, while that of manufacturing industrial parks (MIPs) has grown slower near HSR stations. In periphery cities, however, the premium of SIPs has grown slower near HSR stations. Moreover, the premium of MIPs has grown faster near HSR stations of Suzhou. The results suggest that HSR facilitates a “spillover effect” between the core and peripheries for the manufacturing industry, but a “siphon effect” for the service industry. City-level GDP analysis for the two industries delivers consistent results. Our findings shed light on the underlying reason for the spatial variation in the economic impacts of HSR. According to a report about Shanghai Metro, Metro Line 2 traffic are increasing month by month trend, but capacity has become saturated. Subway passenger flow is a comprehensive passenger and passenger transfer station. In addition to increasing capacity, by ground transportation shunting the transfer passenger flow diverted to other lines of the site. Then large passenger flow of No. 2 line should be relieving the problem solution. By analyzing sample data about 10 working days from April 6, 2015 (Monday) to April 17 (Friday), it can be found that most of the passengers of Lujiazui Station are from the subway station in the northern part of Shanghai. This paper puts forward the optimization scheme -- a new semi-circle line. There are 7 sites from Shanghai West Railway Station of the 11th line to Lujiazui Station. of Line 2. The optimization scheme is compared with actual planning of Shanghai Metro. Construction of new semi-circle line has basic agreement with the Shanghai Metro Planning line 18 and line 21 in 2020-2025. From empirical point of view, this paper proves rationality of optimization scheme. Introduction In developed countries, the proportion of public transport (including rail transport) in the whole city is lower than that of the developed countries.
