Rachel Calub, East Union I ugh School Student Board Member, reported that the Visual and Perfi rming Arts show on March 30 was well attended by students, parents and the community. Both the jazz Band and Choir performed well. The Drama students performed a series of short monologuts Ihe ~rt Dtpartinent Wi’ls ‘~~dlllcprsented by the ( eranites, \~eliuieeel \tt, Digit us Art, and Computer Graphics classes. The Fashion Design class also had a display. Winners from the art classes will compete in the District Art Show in May. He continued to say that Mr. Medeiros is one of the hardtst working ethical people with which he has had the pleasure of sating. lie said that the Board can skirt the issue, but he does not buy that there is nothing this Board can do.
