Tickets are on sale for the Sober Grad sponsored by the Booster Club. She also said that Leadership is working on the end~cf~the~year rally that will be centered on seniors sometime in May. Both the jazz Band and Choir performed well. The Drama students performed a series of short monologuts Ihe ~rt Dtpartinent Wi’ls ‘~~dlllcprsented by the ( eranites, \~eliuieeel \tt, Digit us Art, and Computer Graphics classes. The Fashion Design class also had a display. Winners from the art classes will compete in the District Art Show in May. To kick off the STAR testing, over 600 students participated in the Day on the Green carnival. Additional measures will be taken to improve test scores next year such as a nuinimuin day test schedule, off campus passes dccl to basic or above test scores, and STAR test scores will be attached to students’ transcripts. The Thespians and AP English students ~vent to Ashland during Spring break. Students attended w rkshops on movement, combat and the Elizabethan Dance. Students from East Union, Manteca, and Sierra High Sch oIs will attend a mock drunken driving accident at Manteca High School on April 27. on April 28, the students will be bussed to Calvary Community Church for a memorial ceremony for the victims of the accident.
