A further goal of the project was to characterized toxinogenic potential of chosen strains of species Fusarium. 50 samples of grapes, harvested in years 2011, 2012 and 2013 from various wine-growing regions were analyzed in this study. For the isolation of species the of direct plating method was used: a) surface-sterilized berries (using 1% freshly pre-pared chlorine) b) berries and c) damaged berries on DRBC (Dichloran Rose Bengal Chloramphenicol agar). For each analysis were used 50 berries (or all damaged berries from sample). The cultivation was carried at 25 ±1°C, for 5 to 7 days in dark. After incubation, the colonies of Botrytis, Fusarium and Rhizopus were transferred to identification media and after incubation strains were identified to species level. Thirteen species of fusaria (F. acuminatum, F. avenaceum, F. culmorum, F. equiseti, F. graminearum, F. oxysporum, F. proliferatum, F. semitectum, F. solani, F. sporotrichioides, F. subglutinans F. tricinctum and F. verticilioides) were identified. Frequency of fusaria isolation was 92 %.

Acta Universitatis Agriculturae et Silviculturae Mendelianae Brunensis, 2013, LXI, No. 7, pp. 2669–2675 Wine tourism development and the resulting formation of regional strategic alliances in the form of clusters may lead to increasing the competitiveness of wineries in South Moravia in the southeastern part of the Czech Republic. The main research objective of this paper was to fi nd potential for wine tourism development and creating a plan for newly formed strategic alliance coordinating services off er all wineries in the region. This study describes the potential to off er services and products of wine growing areas in South Moravia region, suitable for promotion off ers wine tourism destinations and services. In principle, it is used the calculation for the establishment of the wine cluster according to Porter’s formula, and was designed by concentration coeffi cient of vineyards for wine cluster formation, which is based on the unique and specifi c conditions of the wine region of South Moravia. To achieve the objective of the study was conducted marketing research data collection and mapping current events and activities taking place in the wine-growing region of Moravia, promoting or off ering specifi c local products and services associated with gastronomy and wine. The dynamic development of the wine category, major changes in market and consumer demand are the main causes for the formation of associations of small and medium-sized wineries.

Aglianico From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Aglianico (pronounced [aʎˈʎaːniko], roughly "ahl-YAH-nee- koe") is a black grape grown in the Basilicata and Campania Aglianico regions of Italy. The vine originated in Greece and was Grape (Vitis) brought to the south of Italy by Greek settlers. The name may be a corruption of vitis hellenica, Latin for "Greek vine."[1] Another etymology posits a corruption of Apulianicum, the Latin name for the whole of southern Italy in the time of ancient Rome. During this period, it was the principal grape of the famous Falernian wine, the Roman equivalent of a first-growth wine today. From Greece it was brought to Italy by settlers to Cumae near modern-day Pozzuoli, and from there spread to various points in the regions of Campania and Basilicata. While still grown in Italy, the original Greek plantings seem to have disappeared.[2] In ancient Rome, the grape was the principal component of the world's earliest first-growth wine, Falernian.[1] Ruins from the Greek Along with a white grape known as Greco (today grown as Greco di Tufo), the grape settlement of Cumae.

We used the reductive method, which is currently considered to be the conventional method, and a targeted must oxidation method. We evaluated the basic physicochemical parameters and sensory attributes of wine as well as the content of phenolic substances in wine, which are responsible for the oxidation processes. The vegetable materials used were the grape varieties, Welschriesling, Chardonnay, and Rheinriesling. The content of phenolic substances was determined by HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography), and the basic analytical parameters of wine were determined by FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) spectrometry. The sensory analysis was evaluated according to the International Union of Oenologists. For each of the wines examined, the total content of phenolic substances decreased after the targeted oxidation method was applied.

The samples were collected during the 2019 harvest from Vrbové village in the Small Carpathian region of Slovakia. For the isolation of fungi were used the direct plating technique on DRBC plates. The plates were incubated aerobically at 25 ±1 °C for one week in the dark. The data obtained from the cultivation of the grape berry samples revealed a high diversity of fungal species (a total of 1044 isolates were obtained). Alternaria and Rhizopus were the main components of the wine grape mycobiota of the Vrbovský subregion at harvest time (92%, each), followed by Cladosporium (85%), Penicillium (77%), Botrytis and Epicoccum (54%, each). The most abundant genera found by descending order were Penicillium (25%), Alternaria (24%), Cladosporium (20%), and Rhizopus (12%) and only in minor percentage by Aspergillus (3%) among others. The main fungal species isolated from genera Penicillium and Aspergillus were Penicillium expansum (57% RD) and A. section Nigri (97% RD). Of 17 analyzed Penicillium strains, 65% were able to produce at least one of the six mycotoxins analyzed in in vitro conditions by means of thin-layer chromatography method: citrinin, griseofulvin, patulin, cyclopiazonic acid, penitrem A, and roquefortin C.
