Thereadability formulas invokedin the readability program included the Flesch-Kincaid,Flesch, and FOG indexes. indicated that the Results average readability levels of theindividual newspapers ranged from 9.37 to 14.68 usingthe Flesch-Kincaid, 10.28 to 15.78 using FOG. A rankorder correlation of the three pairs of the tests possible was statistically significant forall pairs.
