SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

9:00 am Registration begins, meet cousins, view exhibits, get wristband for free entrance into “This is the Place Heritage Park”

10:00 am Reunion Meeting and Tributes to Orson Pratt

12:00 pm Bring Your Own Lunch--ice water, dessert, chairs and tables provided

1:00-5:00 pm Enjoy the Park activities with your family

At the meeting, learn about the long-lost sister of the five Pratt brothers (Anson, William, Parley, Orson, and Nelson), their family home in , and Orson Pratt’s life, family, and legacy.

View exhibits on many subjects, including: 1. The Pratt Grave Project (identifying and properly marking the graves of all of the grandchildren of Jared Pratt and their spouses) 2. Purchase copies of: 1. Photographs of Orson Pratt 2. Five Pratt Brothers DVD. Cost: $10.00 3. The biography of Parley P. Pratt—HOT OFF THE PRESS from Oxford University Press—titled Parley P. Pratt: The Apostle Paul of Mormonism by Terryl Givens and Matt Grow, one of our family historians. (Matt would be happy to sign your copy.) The official book release is in October with a retail price of $34.95; the reunion will be the first opportunity to purchase the book and it will be available at a steep family discount of $20.00. Visit the Orson Pratt Astronomical Observatory, originally located on Temple Square and recreated at This Is The Place Heritage Park.

Visit the Huntsman Hotel (the Huntsmans intermarried with the Pratts; Jon Huntsman, Jr., is a descendant of Parley P. Pratt, as is —this is a great year for a reunion with two of our cousins running for President!)

Enjoy free pony rides, mini train rides, panning for gold, and entrance to petting zoo!
