Jakarta, Devi Suryaningrum 163450200550032 i ABSTRAK Nama : Devi Suryaningrum Program Studi : Mahasiswa D-3 Program Studi Bahasa Korea Judul : Industri Ayam Goreng di Korea Selatan Industri ayam goreng merupakan salah satu industri terbesar di Korea Selatan, dengan jumlah outlet yang tesebar di seluruh Korea Selatan. Menu khas dari kedai ayam goreng korea adalah Ayam Goreng Berbumbu (yangnyeom chikin). Karya ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang ayam goreng berbumbu khas korea dan perkembangan bisnis waralaba ayam goreng di korea selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber online maupun offline. Resep ayam goreng berbumbu korea ditemukan oleh restoran ayam pelicana pada tahun 1982. Pada tahun 2019 sudah terdapat sebanyak 87.000 waralaba ayam goreng di seluruh korea dengan BHC sebagai waralaba terbesar. Di pasar global, Kyochon dan Bonchon sukses menarik pelanggan di Amerika dan Malaysia. Kata Kunci : Industri Makanan, Waralaba Ayam Goreng Korea, Yangnyeom Chikin ii ABSTRACT Name : Devi Suryaningrum Study Program : Bahasa Korea Title : Friend Chicken Industry in South Korea fried chicken industry is one of the largest industries in South Korea, it reached almost 90,000 stores across nation. The special menu of Korean fried chicken shops is Spicy Fried Chicken (yangnyeom chikin). This paper discussed the specialty of Korean spices fried chicken and the development of fried chicken business in South Korea. This paper used descriptive qualitative method by collecting data from various sources. Korean spiced fried chicken recipe discovered by Pelicana chicken restaurant in 1982. In 2019 there were already 87,000 fried chicken franchises throughout Korea, and BHC is the biggest friend chicken franchise in South Korea. While in global market, Kyochon and Bonchon succed entering America and Malaysia market. MARKET SUMMARY Market Overview Indonesia is the most populous country in the ASEAN region with an estimated 2017 population of 261 million people. It is home to approximately 13,500 islands and hundreds of local languages and ethnic groups, although the population is mostly concentrated on the main islands of Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua. It is bestowed with vast natural resources, including petroleum and natural gas, lumber, fisheries and iron ore. Indonesia is a major producer of rubber, palm oil, coffee and cocoa. In 2015, Indonesian GDP declined to 4.79 percent. The Bank of Indonesia expects economic growth will reach between 4.9 and 5.3 percent in 2016 and 5.2 to 5.6 percent in 2017. This contrasts with growth rates above 6 percent during 2007 to 2012 period. Inflation has ranged between 2.79 (August) and 4.45 (March) during the January-October 2016 period, while the rupiah has remained weak vis-à- vis the U.S.
