Penawar yang berminat untuk membuat tawaran pada hari lelongan hendaklah hadir sendiri ke Mahkamah. Penawar yang ingin membuat tawaran adalah dikehendaki mendaftar diri dan mendepositkan kepada Mahkamah satu jumlah wang sebanyak 10% daripada harga rizab dalam bentuk Bank Draf atas nama Plaintif. Sekiranya didapati Bank Draf tersebut kurang atau melebihi 10% daripada harga rizab yang ditetapkan, Bank Draf tersebut akan ditolak oleh Mahkamah. Bank Draf hendaklah dimasukkan ke dalam Peti Lelongan yang disediakan oleh Mahkamah sebelum jam 9.30 pagi. Bank Draf yang diterima selepas jam 9.30 pagi akan ditolak oleh Mahkamah. iv. Penawar yang ingin membuat tawaran dikehendaki memasukkan Bank Draf bersama kad pengenalan penawar yang asal. Sekiranya penawar menghantar wakil, wakil tersebut hendaklah memasukkan Bank Draf bersama kad pengenalan asal wakil, salinan kad pengenalan penawar yang diakui sah dan surat wakil. v. Nama penawar, nombor kad pengenalan, alamat terkini dan nombor kes perlaksanaan hendaklah ditulis di belakang Bank Draf tersebut. vi. Bagi penawaran oleh syarikat, Borang 49 Akta Syarikat 1965, Memorandum dan Artikel Syarikat serta Resolusi Pengarah yang ditandatangani oleh kesemua pengarah hendaklah disertakan. Nama, nombor pendaftaran, alamat berdaftar syarikat yang terkini dan nombor kes perlaksanaan hendaklah ditulis di belakang Bank Draf tersebut. vii. Penawar yang telah memasukkan Bank Draf tidak boleh menarik diri daripada lelongan kecuali dengan kebenaran Mahkamah. viii. Bank Draf yang dimasukkan akan dikembalikan kepada Penawar yang tidak berjaya, manakala Bank Draf bagi penawar yang berjaya pula akan diserahkan kepada Peguam Plaintif selepas lelongan selesai. 2. Penawar hendaklah berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas. Kelayakan penawar adalah tertakluk kepada peruntukkan undang-undang yang sedia ada. 3. Mana-mana Penawar yang ingin membuat bidaan bagi pihak orang perseorangan, badan berkanun atau syarikat adalah dikehendaki mengemukakan surat wakil kepada Mahkamah sebelum jam 9.30 pagi pada hari lelongan. Surat wakil tersebut hendaklah mengesahkan penawar telah diberi kuasa untuk membuat bidaan dan menandatangani semua dokumen yang berkaitan. 4.
