Come già per la 24 Ore di Spa Francorchamps e la gara di Budapest (H), il team BMS Scuderia Italia ha deciso di iscrivere alla competizione anche due vetture Aston Martin DBRS9 GT3. Al via ci saranno i seguenti equipaggi: CAR 115: Roberto Benucci, Marcello Zani, Sergey Zlobin CAR 133: Luca Pirri, Toni Seiler //Franco Groppi non sarà a Dubai, lo sostituisce Luca Pirri. Zani con Benucci e Zlobin. DAL COMUNICATO STAMPA: “Franco Groppi, pilota BMS Scuderia Italia, distintosi in questa stagione al volante di una Aston Martin DBRS9 GT3 non sarà presente alla gara del FIA GT che si correrà a Dubai (UAE). Un piccolo incidente domestico, non gli permetterà di prendere parte all’ultima prova del campionato a cui sono ammesse anche le vetture di classe GT3. As for the 24 Hours at Spa Francorchamps and the Budapest (H) round, team BMS Scuderia Italia will line up two Aston Martin DBRS9 GT3 at Dubai for the final race of the FIA GT season.
