Matthew Allen Morgan, who did an outstanding job hosting his fi rst show, welcomed collectors and dealers from throughout the United States, Canada, Norway and Japan to the fi rst Indiana National Show at the Indianapolis Convention Center. Hosts Its First The National’s initial visit to Indiana was a tremendous success. It attracted 262 tables. Tableholders came from as far away as California, Florida and Hawaii.     Western Division Train Collectors Association Newsletter Volume 48, No. 2 July 2002 Ward Kimball 1914 – 2002 Ward was also well known as the creator and leader of the world -famous jazz band, the Firehouse Five Plus Two. Ward Kimball, the most colorful Disney Animator, and Ward's strong interest in Early Tinplate Trains brought him into staunch contributing member of TCA Membership in 1954. Over the years he acquired a the Train Collector's substantial collection of both domestic and foreign Toy Trains Association, of which he was a and became an expert on the many early manufacturers. He has Charter Member (CM-31) and been a great friend of Western Division TCA and an inspiration past president, died on July 8th, to many of us, and we will miss him. 2002, at Arcadia, California.
