Walt would get dressed up in all Wwhite attire and spend afternoons of rolling lopsided lawn bowls across a 100-foot green space at both clubs. He and Lillian were so involved in lawn bowling that they sponsored tournaments at Smoke Tree Ranch and gave a way prizes that were engraved with their signatures.
