Our meeting is approaching within 3weeks. We send the final announcement for this meeting. Please read carefully following travel information and meeting information.

Venue: Okayama Convention Center

Convention center is directly connected to West gate of Okayama Station and ANA Hotel Okayama. From Hotel Granvia or Mitsui Garden Hotel, which is located at East gate of Okayama station, please cross the central hall of station. Please check your hotel information as following website. Mitsui Garden hotel; http://www.gardenhotels.co.jp/okayama/ Hotel Via Inn: http://okayama.viainn.com/ Hotel Granvia; http://granvia-oka.co.jp/ ANA Hotel; http://www.anahotel-okayama.com/ When you arrive at Okayama Airport from Tokyo, Seoul, or Shanghai Okayama airport (http://www.okayama-airport.org/) is a small domestic airport. Simply, use the Airport Limousine Bus to the Okayama station. Bus reach to West gate of Okayama station about 30 minutes. Fare is 760 JPY (JPN cash is required). Hotel Via Inn is located just front of this site. Convention center and ANA hotel are located on your right hand side. For Hotel Granvia and Mitsui Garden Hotel, please cross the central hall of Okayama station. Taxi is also available; fare is about 5000 JPY.

When you arrive at Kansai (Osaka) airport Kansai airport is placed artificial island south side of Osaka city. So, you have to move to Shin-Osaka station by connection train “Haruka” at first, and then changed to the bullet train “Nozomi” to Okayama. Access is easy and convenient. From Kansai airport to Shin-Osaka, it takes 45 minutes and Shin-Osaka to Okayama also takes 45 minutes.

After you cleared the immigration, please follow the “airport station”. Use the escalator to the second floor.

Kansai airport station is left hand side. Use the JR line (not Nankeen line).

You can purchase the ticket to Okayama by the machine (English) or green colored office. Fare is about 8000 JPY. We recommend to purchase the “reservation sheet” for your convenient trip. Train leaves every 30 minutes.

After you arrived to Shin-Osaka station, follow the “Shinkansen”.

Shinkansen runs very frequently, so do not lose your train and seat number. For Okayama, use the Hakata direction, not for Tokyo.

Use the “Nozomi” to Okayama. Train rums every 15 minutes. Time from Shin-Osaka to Okayama is 45 minutes. Train runs 300 km/h.

When you arrive at Okayama station by bullet train (Shinkansen) After arrival to Okayama station, follow the central gate. West gate (Convention center, ANA Hotel) is located on right, and East gate (Mitsui Garden Hotel, Granvia) is located on left side.
