Our 2,667 wonderful consignors REALLY came through for us in our February Major Auction, and it is crammed full of exceptional movie (and non-movie) paper, and LOTS of it is "new to the market" (either we have not auctioned before, or it has been many years since we auctioned it before)! Part I (ends Tuesday, February 18th): 486 linenbacked posters (all of which ship rolled in standard size tubes) Part II (ends Thursday, February 20th): 205 backed and unbacked items that ship in oversized tubes or flat packages Part III (ends Sunday, February 23rd): 321 unbacked items that ship in standard tubes or flat packages 8 What distinguishes OUR major auctions from other major auctions? Only the lack of any reserves or buyers premiums, honest condition grading, and unenhanced super-sized images! You will find an amazing "supermarket" selection of great posters from all years, genres, and countries! PLUS, we are the ONLY major auction that completely honestly describes the "pre-restoration" condition of all restored items. This is especially important when you are buying linenbacked posters, because restorers are SO talented these days that they can take an incomplete poster and make it look like a complete poster that had minor restoration, and it can take a top auctioneer with decades of experience to see through this, and sadly many auction companies do not have such an expert, and they sometimes (knowingly or unknowingly) auction heavily restored posters WITHOUT disclosing the extent of the restoration.

The collection of Star Wars items includes vintage toys, plus pieces from renowned manufacturers including Sideshow Collectibles and Master Replicas. One of the most striking Star Wars lots in the auction is a life- size (206cm tall) Death Trooper statue, made by Anovos to promote the 2016 film Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. This highly-detailed statue was made in limited numbers, possibly for film premieres. It is made from vacuum-formed plastic and metal, and stands on a metal base, with an official ‘Lucasfilm’ sticker. It carries a pre-sale estimate of between £1,500 and £2,500 and is being sold with no reserve. Another life-sized Star Wars replica in the auction is a limited-edition bust of Darth Vader, made by Sideshow Collectibles, in partnership with the talented FX artists at Spectral Motion. Capturing every detail of the Sith Lord and his helmet, this versatile bust has been constructed so that the helmet may be removed to reveal Anakin's scarred visage. The interior of the face and neck portions of the mask are fully detailed to represent all of the wiring and technology necessary to sustain Anakin inside his suit.
