All our food is cooked from scratch on site in our commercial kitchen in Potts Point. We can deliver (orders over $150) or you can collect. Our food is modern and healthy with an ode to the classics, food that people really like eating. Abundant, colourful and full of taste because we only use the best produce available. SANDWICHES Box of assorted sandwiches, wraps, tartines and mini rolls with assorted gourmet fillings. Healthy, chunky and made with Infinity bread. 30% vegetarian fillings. GF options available $15pp (minimum 10 serves) TARTLETS Beautiful assorted mini butter pastry tartlets (order 20/40/60/80) – great with drinks or for afternoon tea. Smoked trout, crème fraiche and roe - tallegio and mushroom – roast pumpkin and blue cheese – crispy pancetta, goats curd and fig. $4.50 each. BLINIS Box of assorted blinis – great with drinks or afternoon tea. Assorted toppings include Tasmanian smoked salmon, smoked ocean trout, crème fraiche, chives, salmon roe, pickled onion, hard boiled egg, micro herbs. $4.50 min order 20. CRUDITES Crudité platter - pickled Dutch carrots, red radish, cauliflower, fresh beans, capsicum and broccolini crudités served with bowls of herby lime and coriander crushed guacamole, roast beetroot, tahini and yoghurt dip and smashed pea, lemon and feta dip GF $12pp minimum order 10. CHARCUTERIE BOARD San Danielle prosciutto, Serrano ham, pork and fennel salami, McClure’s pickles, pickled vegetables, chicken liver parfait, smoky babaganoush, tomato and eggplant chutney served with flatbreads $15pp minimum order 10. CURED OCEAN TROUT Beetroot and vodka house cured ocean trout platter 1.2 -1.5 kg served sliced, with soft herbs, buttered baguette and tzatziki . Ideal entrée or part of a grazing table. $150 serves 10 -15. ROAST PISTACHIO SALMON Salmon side approx. 1.5kg with a chunky pistachio and fennel crust served with a lemon fennel, red onion and parsley salad and herbed tzatziki. Great as part of a grazing table or lunch option $150 Serves 6-8 for lunch or 10 -15 as part of a buffet. ROASTED EYE FILLET Grass fed roasted eye fillet of beef approx. 2kg cooked MEDIUM RARE with black pepper and orange crust served sliced with French seeded mustard and fresh chimichurri sauce. Serve room temp. Great as part of a grazing table, lunch or dinner option $180. Serves 10-15. PROTEIN SALAD Coconut and lemongrass poached chicken breast with organic soba noodles, shoestring vegetables, avocado, toasted coconut, kaffir lime and sesame seeds with sweet caramel and chilli dressing $100 Serves 10-15. CHEESE Beautiful French cheese board (options can include Delice, St Agur, dAffinois, Comte) with glaced pear, fig jam, dried fruit and assorted crackers (GF available) served on a cheese board from $15pp minimum serve 10. SALADS AND SIDES Serves 10 -12 (these platters can serve more people if they are a part of a large grazing table) $80 per platter – all vegetarian. All options can be served in noodle boxes. Shaved savoy cabbage, parmesan, sliced red onion, parsley toasted pepitas with jalepeno and yoghurt dressing GF Shredded kale, sautéed mushroom, puy lentil and chilli salad GF White organic quinoa with sautéed kale, peas, spring onions, sunflower seeds and shredded omelette GF Moroccan salad with roasted Jap pumpkin, roasted eggplant, toasted chickpeas, currants and pistachio tossed in pomegranate molasses and honey GF Baby gem lettuce salad with zucchini ribbons, steamed peas, shaved fennel, mint and feta with balsamic dressing GF Raw beetroot and apple slaw with shredded red cabbage, capsicum, cauliflower, carrot, sprouts, coconut and toasted sesame seeds –sweet lemon and garlic dressing GF Potato salad – steamed chats with soft egg, fresh parsley and mint, cornichons and crispy prosciutto shards with tarragon and chive mayo. Desserts $12pp Poached saffron pears with crumble and custard Dark chocolate mousse with raspberries GF Pear and almond raspberry cake with cream GF Lemon tarts with merengue and hazelnuts FOR ALL DROP OFF SERVICE CUSTOMERS: Food can be provided in disposable foil containers, disposable PVC platters, on our own plates, boards and platters or on yours. A $100 deposit is taken if you require our platters and $20 is added as a collection fee if a second trip is needed for us collect our plates, boards and platters. (i.e. if you can’t drop in to our kitchen in Potts Point within 2 days) Please request special dietary orders at time of order. GF, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free etc can all be accommodated.
