All our is cooked from scratch on site in our commercial kitchen in Potts Point. We can deliver (orders over $150) or you can collect. Our food is modern and healthy with an ode to the classics, food that people really like eating. Abundant, colourful and full of taste because we only use the best produce available. TARTLETS Beautiful assorted mini butter pastry tartlets (order 20/40/60/80) – great with drinks or for afternoon tea. Smoked trout, crème fraiche and - tallegio and mushroom – roast pumpkin and blue – crispy pancetta, goats curd and fig. $4.50 each.

BLINIS Box of assorted blinis – great with drinks or afternoon tea. Assorted toppings include Tasmanian smoked salmon, smoked ocean trout, crème fraiche, , salmon roe, pickled , hard , micro . $4.50 min order 20.

CRUDITES Crudité platter - pickled Dutch , red radish, cauliflower, fresh , capsicum and broccolini crudités served with bowls of herby lime and coriander crushed guacamole, roast , and yoghurt dip and smashed , lemon and feta dip GF $12pp minimum order 10.

CHARCUTERIE BOARD San Danielle prosciutto, Serrano ham, pork and fennel salami, McClure’s pickles, pickled , chicken liver parfait, smoky babaganoush, tomato and eggplant chutney served with $15pp minimum order 10.

CURED OCEAN TROUT Beetroot and vodka house cured ocean trout platter 1.2 -1.5 kg served sliced, with soft herbs, buttered baguette and tzatziki . Ideal entrée or part of a grazing table. $150 serves 10 -15.

ROAST PISTACHIO SALMON Salmon side approx. 1.5kg with a chunky pistachio and fennel crust served with a lemon fennel, and and herbed tzatziki. Great as part of a grazing table or lunch option $150 Serves 6-8 for lunch or 10 -15 as part of a buffet.

ROASTED EYE FILLET Grass fed roasted eye fillet of beef approx. 2kg cooked MEDIUM RARE with and orange crust served sliced with French seeded mustard and fresh chimichurri sauce. Serve room temp. Great as part of a grazing table, lunch or dinner option $180. Serves 10-15.

PROTEIN SALAD Coconut and lemongrass poached chicken breast with organic soba noodles, shoestring vegetables, avocado, toasted coconut, kaffir lime and sesame seeds with sweet caramel and chilli dressing $100 Serves 10-15.

CHEESE Beautiful French cheese board (options can include Delice, St Agur, dAffinois, Comte) with glaced pear, fig jam, dried and assorted crackers (GF available) served on a cheese board from $15pp minimum serve 10.

EASY DINNER PARTIES without the stress. Sometimes you’re just busy, distracted or can’t be bothered to cook for a group. These meals are easy to re heat at home and are the simplest way to feed a crowd. Quality ingredients and cooked with attention to detail these meals are cooked as you would do, if you had time. FOR ALL DROP OFF SERVICE CUSTOMERS: Food can be provided in disposable foil containers, disposable PVC platters, on our own plates, boards and platters or on yours. A $100 deposit is taken if you require our platters and $20 is added as a collection fee if a second trip is needed for us collect our plates, boards and platters. (i.e. if you can’t drop in to our kitchen in Potts Point within 2 days) Please request special dietary orders at time of order. GF, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free etc can all be accommodated. GST and delivery costs are added to all invoices $20 city and eastern suburbs $30 lower north shore and inner west –past Anzac bridge All other locations to be individually quoted. You can collect from our kitchen in Potts Point too.
