With the help of the All Volunteer West Virginia Chapter of Sunshine Foundation, Glory Days Grill and Shepherd University, Kaden was able to get her dream trip to Disney!! Kaden, 10, who has Cerebral Palsy had a chance to meet Rapunzel during her dream trip and had fun dressing as R2-D2.

Let’s Hop To It!! Steampunk at Dream Village Gala Everyone had a “hopping good time” at the Kissimmee Valley Livestock Show in September at Osceola Heritage Park! Their efforts raised over $4,300 for Sun- shine Dream Village and will go a long way to making our kids dreams come true.

The 2018 Miss Sunshine Foundation Charity Pageant Winners

Our annual pageant was a huge success! It was held at the Park Inn by Radison Resort in Kissimmee, FL. These young ladies will represent Sunshine Foundation and spread sunshine and smiles everywhere they go! Putting on the Ritz Time to turn the Paige “It brought us closer together, allowing us to stop from for Matthew our crazy schedules. It was an experience we would have never been able to do” said Paige’s mother. Neshaminy High School Interact Club, with the help of Innovative Implant and Oral Surgery, held a “Neshaminy’s Got Talent” night to help answer the dream of 14 year old Matthew. He was also sponsored by the Feasterville and Hatboro Rotary Clubs. Matthew has low functioning autism and dreams of going on a family vacation to Florida.

Paige, 10 years old has been diagnosed with Treacher Collins Syndrome. She recently had her dream come true thanks to the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation grant. Paige visited the Central Florida theme parks with her family!!

Beaming with Happiness A Ray of Sunshine Elijah, 14 with low functioning Autism just had his dream come true! He and His mom enjoyed Harry Potter World in November. Harrison was introduced to Sunshine Foundation when his younger sister, Sydney, received a dream thanks to the All Volunteer New Castle County Chapter’s Annual Sunshine Scramble. Harrison wanted to help answer the Just The Beginning dream of another child on Sunshine Foundation’s waiting list. He held a bake sale to help answer 4 year old Jacob’s dream of going to LEGOLAND, California. Harrison Thank you Kissimmee Chamber Four Corners also volunteers with many other Autism organizations and Leads Group for hosting Charity Night at the soft loves to support his sister, especially on Sydney’s Super opening of the Rock & Brews Kissimmee! A special Squad Autism Walk Team. All Volunteer New Castle thank you to the managers, staff and all who attended County Chapter’s President Sue Beaver nominated the event. The Sunshine Foundation Dream Village Harrison for a 2018 Governor’s Youth Volunteer Ser- vice Award. Congratulations on receiving the received a generous donation that will help answer the award and thank you for all you do for Sydney, dreams of some very special children!!
