Conditions of special water use 1. Transfer of water to other water users and water abstraction above the established limit is prohibited. 2. It is forbidden to discharge sewage using the terrain.

3. In accordance with the Procedure for state accounting of water use, approved by the order of the Ministry of Environment from 16.03.2015 № 78, annually, no later than February 1 of the year following the reporting period, submit a report on water use form 2TP-water (annual) to the Regional Oﬃce water resources in the Cherkasy region (18000, 118 Smilyanska Street, Cherkasy). 4. Comply with the requirements of water legislation, in particular, Article 44 of the Water Code of Ukraine on the responsibilities of water users.

Conditions of special water use 1. The use of water for drinking purposes only when the water of Gosgeonadra quality meets the requirements of DSanPiN 2.2.4-171-10. 2. To keep regular records of water selection, its quality and depths in the water intake structure. 3. Mandatory presence of fences in the zones of strict sanitary regime and the belt, the presence of water meters, taps for water sampling.

4. Observance of sanitary and technical norms on maintenance of an operational water intake construction and water-bearing communications. 5. Drilling of new wells and construction of facilities that may have a negative impact on groundwater quality shall be carried out in accordance with the projects drawn up and approved in accordance with the established procedure. 6. In accordance with Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Drinking Water, Drinking Water Supply and Sewerage" and Article 19 of the Subsoil Code of Ukraine, in case of using groundwater for drinking water supply, the business entity must obtain a special subsoil use permit, taking into account provided for in Article 23 of the Subsoil Code of Ukraine. 7. To provide annually by January 20 of the year following the reporting year the data of regime observations, information on the actual water abstraction and the results of chemical analyzes on the form 7-GR of SE "Centrukrgeologiya" (18030, Cherkasy, 13 Chkalova Street, tel. (0472) 71 06 17) and DNPP “Geoinform of Ukraine” (03057, Kyiv, 16 Anton Tsedika Street).
