LIQUOR PRODUCTS ACT, 1989

(ACT No. 60 OF 1989)

NAMES OF GENERALLY KNOWN VITICULTURE AREAS

I, Tina Joemat-Pettersson, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, acting under

section11(3)(b)of the Liquor Products Act,1989 (Act No. 60 of 1989), on the

recommendation of the Wine and Spirit Board referred to in section 2 of said Act -

(a) hereby publish in the Schedule the names under which areas in the Republic

where viticulture is practised are generally known; and

(b) hereby repeal Government Notice No. R. 705 of 3 August 2001.
