Rasmussen, Correspondent Harry Wilson, pan master of the marine department, who has been off sick for sev­ eral weeks, is reported as much improved. His place is being filled by Ed Martin. Mrs. Eva Constance Howes, wife of Oil Dock Supervisor Albert S. Howes, died on Oct. 23. She had been ill for some time. Mrs. Howes was born in Wales and came to British Columbia 40 years ago; moving to Seattle 25 years ago. She was active in the British·American Society and was a past. president of the Canadian Legion Auxiliary. Surviving are her husband, three daughters, a brother and seven grandchildren.
