It is essential and important to mention that this evening is in memory of Late Dr. Madhukar Anand, a renowned name in the field of Kathak. This four days Indian classical Music and Dance festival in New Delhi and Dehradun is a gateway for rejoicing the Vedic arts and contemporary India, where the aim is to spread Indian classical performing arts amongst the general masses. Rhythm society is been continuously working for a better understanding of our diverse cultural heritage and keeping them alive. This four-day festival is a tribute to Late Dr. Madhukar Anand, who was since many years living in Dehradun & Delhi contributing towards Indian Classical Dance and Music. “Smriti 2015” is a blend of country’s eminent maestros with the vibrancy of exceptional young talents who the society believes are going to be the Maestros of coming years. Rhythm Society also has its teaching centers in Dehradun and New Delhi for the propagation of Indian classical performing arts where time-to-time Maestros of their own field impart their musical experience with the budding students of the society.
