Maltz, one of , worked with Brüning from the early 1950's until Maltz's death in 1985. In addition, he translated some of Maltz's novels, short stories and plays into German. This collection consists of correspondence, manuscripts, newspaper clippings, photographs, audio recordings, and playbills related to various authors, especially Albert Maltz. He worked as the literary agent of various authors, including Albert Maltz, one of the Hollywood Ten, from the early 1950's until Maltz's death in 1985. In addition, he translated some of Maltz's novels, short stories and plays into German. Scope and Content This collection consists of materials related to the career of literary agent Eberhard Bruning. Included are correspondence, manuscripts, newspaper clippings, photographs, audio recordings and playbills,relating tp various authors, particularly Albert Maltz, one of the Hollywood Ten.
