International Conference on Education, Management and Computer Science (ICEMC 2016) Research on the Actuality and Development of Graduate Education in Jilin Province Yan Bao1, a and Chunyan Wang2, b 1Scientific Research Office, Jilin Engineering Normal University, Changchun, China 2College of Business Administration, Jilin Engineering Normal University, Changchun, China [email protected], [email protected], Keywords: Jilin Province; Graduate education; Actuality; Development Abstract. The graduate education in Jilin Province started earlier and has been showing a relatively stable structure after many years of exploration and development. But there are still several problems, such as an imbalance between academic education and professional education, the imperfect quality of graduate education, the poor implementation of education program and so on. This paper introduces the general situation of graduate education in Jilin Province, analyzes the existing problems in the system of graduate education, and gives some constructive suggestions for them. Introduction As one of China’s education output provinces, Jilin Province transported a large number of talents for many industries, and these talents provided supports for the overall country’s economic development and social progress. With the popularization of higher education in China, the main subjects of social interests put forward higher requests to the graduate education. This trend has forced the government, universities and education researchers to focus on the construction and improvement of the graduate education system [1]. Though their cooperation, they hope to further coordinate the balance between the quantity and quality of graduate education, to adjust the structure and benefits of graduate education in Jilin Province. Graduate education in Jilin province education can be traced back to the founding of new China. -

ISSN 1799-2591 Theory and Practice in Language Studies, Vol. 8, No. 7, pp. 742-748, July 2018 DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17507/tpls.0807.04 Hongloumeng, Honglou Meng, Hong Loumeng, or Hong Lou Meng Yuanqiong Wu School of Foreign Languages, Shanghai University of Engineering Science, China Abstract—The current Pinyin Romanization of Chinese book and journal titles is rich in examples of inconsistencies, and this problem has much more been identified than examined. The current paper traces the problem back to the guiding documents, analyzes their inborn problem. It is argued that the currently dominant practice of aggregating syllables is the source of the inconsistencies, and it results from ambiguous wordings and misconception of “ci” as the basic unit in the guiding documents. Based on this analysis, a practice of Romanizing Chinese on the basis of “zi” is put forward, and the underlying rationale analyzed. The purpose is to contribute to the solution of the issue of inconsistency and offer an approach to standardizing the practice of Pinyin Romanization of Chinese book and journal titles. Index Terms—Pinyin Romanization, Chinese Book and Journal Titles, Inconsistencies, Aggregation of Syllables, Guiding Documents, Zi, Ci I. INTRODUCTION Chinese book and journal titles have a diverse outlook in the English world, as a result of adopting different methods such as translation, and transliterating according to Wade-Giles system or Pinyin system. Even under the same system, Chinese book and journal titles are rich in examples of diversity, and subsequently inconsistency. The inconsistency caused by Pinyin romanization of Chinese materials has mostly been felt in library cataloging and retrieving field (Arsenault, 2001; Diao, 2015; Huang, 2004; Li, 2008). -

Plants Selection for Domestic Sewage Treatment in Jilin City
Linnaeus ECO-TECH ´10 Kalmar, Sweden, November 22-24, 2010 PLANTS SELECTION FOR DOMESTIC SEWAGE TREATMENT IN JILIN CITY Jizhong Qi ∗ Yan Zhao Forestry College of Beihua University, P. R. China ABSTRACT This experiment studied the removal efficiency of domestic sewage by testing 19 species of wetland plants along the Songhua River in Jilin City. It is shown that plants can purify domestic sewage, and the ability of removal efficiency is varied on different species. Rumex patientia var.callosus is the best in removal efficiency of TN(29.14%);Coleus blumei Benth. could effectively reduce output of TP and COD,the best removal efficiencies for TP is 58.04%, COD is 95.18%; Oenanthe javanica(Blume) DC. has better efficiency to increase DO in sewage, and the maximum increase is 262.22%;Rumex.patientia var.callosus,Alisma orientale(Sam.)Juz.,Oenanthe javanica(Blume) DC.,Erigeron annuus (L. ) Pers. may be used as plants for the construction of sewage treatment landscape, because these plants have better comprehensive capacity for domestic sewage treatment. Water pollution has become a general and worldwide problem today. The application of wetland plants for waste water treatment features low cost, easiness to manage, high efficiency and etc.(Han Xiaoyuan etc.,2005;Li linfeng etc.,2006;Zhang Honggang,Hong Jianming,2006).Wetland plants can not only absorb nitrogen and phosphorus directly but also remove the heavy metals and organics in the waste water. Development Strategy of Ice and Snow Tourism Products in Jilin Province Based on ERP
2019 9th International Conference on Social Science and Education Research (SSER 2019) Development Strategy of Ice and Snow Tourism Products in Jilin Province Based on ERP Guoxia Sun The Tourism College of Changchun University, Changchun, Jilin, 130607 Northeast Asia Leisure Economy Research Center, Changchun, Jilin, 130607 Keywords: Ice and Snow Tourism; Product Development; ERP; Jilin Province Abstract: This paper uses BMP theory to analyze the ice and snow tourism resources, ice and snow tourism market and ice and snow tourism products in Jilin Province, and puts forward the clear market positioning of ice and snow tourism products around resources, market, products and infrastructure and supporting facilities, and develops multiple ice and snow tourism products; moreover, this paper proposes to implement the ice and snow brand strategy, carry out a variety of marketing strategies; build ice and snow tourism products, innovate new ice and snow tourism formats; improve the ice and snow tourism public service facilities, and advocate the development strategy of ice and snow tourism such as civilized green tourism. 1. Introduction With the hosting of the 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea and the upcoming 2022 China Winter Olympics, the country has fully launched its ice and snow development strategies, i.e., “ice and snow can also create wealth”, “ice and snow activities for 300 million people” and “use ice and snow to create wealth”. This has given Jilin Province ice and snow tourism a strategic window, comprehensive start-up period and golden growth period for comprehensive development, advantageous development, leading development and international development. The ice and snow tourism industry in Jilin Province has a solid foundation and good situation.
