SUBJECT : SCHEDULE OF TELECONFERENCE WITH DISTRICT AND SCHOOL ICT COORDINATORS

DATE : June 25, 2020

1. The Schools Division Office of Palawan announces the schedule of clustered teleconferences with Public School and District LIS Coordinators, ALS Implementers and Private School ICT Coordinators including Local State Universities and Colleges to tackle different issues and concerns on enrollment, Learner Information System (LIS), Data Gathering Tools and other data related matters and processes requiring online submission.

2. Following are the schedules of teleconference of districts and schools under each district:

3. The teleconference shall be facilitated by the Planning and Research Section, IT Services Section and Education Program Specialists for ALS of the Instructional Management Section. It will utilize Google Meet App. DepEd email account shall be used in accessing the Conference link which will be forwarded to District ICT Coordinators Group. District coordinators shall forward the link to their respective schools under their areas of concern.

4. 100% participation is required for each scheduled conference. School heads and district ICT coordinators shall make sure the full participation of all involved personnel in the teleconference.

5. Communication and other expenses relative to the participation in the scheduled conference shall be charged against school MOOE and/or other local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
